At HWP / Starmix , we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. If the product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt, providing clear photos and videos of the damage. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. Once the product is received and its condition verified, we will process the refund within 10 business days. Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
