Directions:

Mix 100 g Whipping Cream Powder into 200 ml Cold Water.

Use a hand mixer to blend both ingredients for 3-5 minutes (or use a mixer for 1 minute on low speed, then 2-4 minutes on high speed).

You can add toppings such as whipped cream, cocoa powder, chocolate rice, cornflakes, nuts, rainbow jelly, pearl jelly, or tapioca pearls to the drink according to your taste.
